Latest Updates from Our Project:
Update on the print version

I finished up the layout on the printed version of Asatania Crashing Chaos this weekend. It is going through final editing right now and I anticipate that I'll be ordering the proof copy around midweek or so.
If everything looks good with the physical copy, I'll place the final order and we'll start shipping immediately. My experience with proofs is that they take about a week between when I order and when I receive it and there's at least a 50/50 chance that I'll need to rework something and get another proof sent.
Once I order the first proof, backer's who requested a print copy will need to finalize their addresses in BackerKit. I'll post an update here when that happens and you should get an email from BackerKit as well.
So, for expectation setting, shipping backer copies should occur sometime between the 19th and the end of April.
Which is pretty exciting! Both because it will bring this project to its conclusion and because I'm getting to put some quality time in on the next story arc. Crashing Chaos should take you 2-3 months to play through and I plan to have the next arc available for you by the time you need it.
The campaign guide and final adventure are done!

120,124 words, 309 pages of text, 35 custom art pieces, and 15 custom-made maps went into making the first 10 books of the Asatania Crashing Chaos campaign. And that just gets our players through the fifth level.
Asatania is a massive project - more massive than I knew when it began. But then, I've been imagining the stories of this world in my head for years, so maybe I shouldn't have been surprised.
And now, the last two books of this first story arc are complete. I'm proud to announce that ASX-1 The New Mine Masters and the Asatania Crashing Chaos Campaign Guide are now in your BackerKit download areas. If you've also requested DriveThruRPG distribution, you should receive your download links before the end of the weekend (probably sooner).
I want to thank everyone for their patience and encouragement over the course of this project. I can't wear to hear the stories that you create in Asatania!
For those of you who backed at the HERO level and higher, the layout work on your all-in-one book has begun. Once the layout is complete, I'll send it off and get proofs back for final markup before printing and mailing each of your copies. Before that happens, you'll get an email from BackerKit to finalize your shipping address so that we make sure the books go to the correct place.
I'm expecting the process to take through the end of April, so your books should start arriving in May.
If you didn't back at HERO or above and would like to receive a printed softcover, you may upgrade your pledge on BackerKit, I believe.
ASX-4 Rock Point Keep complete...

The latest adventure, ASX-4 Rock Point Keep, is now complete and published! It has been distributed to your BackerKit accounts for everyone at the ADVENTURER level and above. If you originally backed at a lower level, you can also add it a la carte at https://asatania.backerkit.com/
For those that have also requested DriveThruRPG distribution, it should show up there sometime over the next few days. You will automatically receive an email with a link to your complementary copy.
With this release, 8 of the 10 books promised as part of this project have been released. The status of the two remaining books are:
Asatania Crashing Chaos Campaign Guide - Edited and going into layout tomorrow. This is, by far, the longest book in the set of 10, so layout will take longer than usual and I expect that we'll take the time to do one more editing pass.
ASX-1 The New Mine Masters - This is going through final edits now. Layout will take a day or two and then another day or two for final edits. Depending on the scope of work with the campaign guide and the amount of time the back and forth with our editor goes, this may come out right before the campaign guide or right after.
I'm looking to have both wrapped up before the end of the month.
After that, I move onto the layout of the final "all in one" softcover book, which will contain all 8 adventures + the guides. Consolidating the existing publications into one should take a couple of weeks and then another couple of weeks before I have proofs back and can approve printing and shipping to everyone at the HERO level or above (I believe that anyone at a lower level can increase their pledge level at BackerKit if they want the book). So, I'm shooting for end of April for shipping the books out.
After that, what's coming for Asatania? The next campaign arc is already plotted and largely play-tested. Its called Asatania Surging Darkness and I'll have a lot more to say about it later...

The Asatania Crashing Chaos Player's Guide is finished and available for download in your BackerKit accounts!
Asatania Crashing Chaos Player's Guide
I'm working on the Print on Demand files for this release and both the PDF and the Softcover will be available on DriveThruRPG in a few days to a couple of weeks. Those who requested DTRPG distribution will automatically receive a link to the PDF once it becomes available.
Excellent progress is being made on the remaining two adventures and the campaign guide. We're pushing to have the electronic versions of everything done by the end of this month. After that, I'll start on the layout for the print version of the entire campaign arc.
Enjoy!
Files updated on DriveThruRPG

I updated AS-4 The Rebel Prince, ASX-2 The Ghost of Jarvis Island and ASX-3 The Prisoner of Spur Rock this afternoon. Backers can download the latest files at their leisure.
Both the Player's Guide and Campaign Guide have been written and edited. The Player's Guide has a preliminary layout and is going through another round of edits. That should be the next piece of the project to go live in a week or two.
I'm doing the print-on-demand version at the same time as the PDF version, and DriveThruRPG is having some sort of issue getting the print layouts approved. Hopefully they will get it sorted out this week and it won't cause any delays.
I'll start laying out the campaign guide this week. It's much longer than the player's guide, so I'm expected a few days of layout and final edits.
ASX-4 Rock Point Keep is written and is in the editing process. All its maps and art are complete.
I hired James "Grim" Desborough to write ASX-1 The New Mine Masters for this project (he also wrote the excellent ASX-3 The Prison or Spur Rock) and he sent me his final draft this morning. The art is complete and I'm working on cartography and the whole thing will need the normal round or two of proofing and editing. I'm really happy with how it came out - it was exactly what I wanted: a simple side adventure with enough meat-on-the-bones to be interested.
We're now text-complete on Asatania's Crashing Chaos campaign arc.
